Summary
We are trying to give you some of the opportunities for booking cancellation where you can choose your own time due to any emergency works, busyness, and we will look into the amount to compensate for some loss which we hope will not be a major fact.
1. In the Resident and Commercial Space, after booking and completing the payments, if the clients want to cancel it according to the check-in date within 48 hours, then his or her total 3% amount will be deducted from the main payments.
2. If the clients want to cancel the booking before 36 hours according to the check-in date, the 10% amount will be deducted from the total amount.
3. And for cancelling the booking before 24 hours according to the check-in date, then the 15% amount will be deducted from the total amount.
